Consultation Form

Fill in the consultation form and wait for an email response from our team. Remember to check your junk folder!

Step 2

Medical History & Photographs

Please follow the steps the your email and complete the medical form using the link provided. Once your form has been received and reviewed, you’ll receive a WhatsApp link to book a telephone consultation with one of our trained coordinators, who will discuss your case in detail.

Step 3

Pay your upfront fee

If you’re happy to proceed with your booking, we’ll send you an email requesting payment of a percentage of your total surgery cost. This amount will be deducted from your final balance and becomes non-refundable after 14 days.

Step 4

Book Flights

Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we’ll ask you to book your flights no later than two weeks before your arrival. After booking, please send us your flight confirmation so we can arrange your transfers.

Step 5

Arrival

Upon arrival you will be greeted at the airport by a chauffeur who will track your flight and will be waiting for you in arrivals to escort you to the hotel. You are welcome to take one adult guest along with you to support you with your recovery.

Step 6

Surgery

The day after your arrival you are taken to the clinic. You have the surgery and stay in the hospital. you may stay at the hospital overnight depending on your procedure. At the hospital you will receive all of your meals and be monitored around the clock by the nursing staff.

Step 7

Recovery

After you are discharged from the hospital, the chauffeur will take you back to the hotel where you will relax and recover before you fly home. You can contact us if you have any queries at all. We are here to support you.

Step 8

Check-up

In the days following your procedure, you’ll have a check-up with the medical team to review your healing progress.

Step 9

Leaving

Upon departure, the chauffeur will take you back to the airport for you flight home. You will receive a 'fit to fly' letter for your flight.

Step 10

Back Home

Once you return home, you are welcome to contact us should you have any questions. If we have recommended any follow up aftercare such as lymphatic massages then we highly recommend you follow this advice to achieve optimum results.
