Follow the steps in the email by filling in the medical form via the link provided and also sending in your pictures following the photo instructions attached to the email. Once your photos and medical form have been assessed, you will be sent a link to book a telephone consultation with one of our trained coordinators to discuss your case in full.
If you are happy to proceed to the booking stage, we will send you an email requesting payment for 20% of your total surgery cost as our *Service Fee. This fee is deducted from the balance of your surgery cost and is non-refundable after 14 days.
Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we will ask you to book your flights and send us confirmation of your flight details within 24 hours. Please note, your surgery date will only be secured once we receive confirmation of your flight details. After this point you are handed over to the surgery provider and their aftercare team.
Upon arrival you will be greeted at the airport by a chauffeur who will track your flight and will be waiting for you in arrivals to escort you to the recovery villa. You are welcome to take one adult guest along with you to support you with your recovery but this is not essential as there are full time staff on hand to help you with anything you need.
The day after your arrival you are taken to the clinic. You have the surgery and stay in the hospital. you may stay at the hospital overnight depending on your procedure. At the hospital you will receive all of your meals and be monitored around the clock by the nursing staff.
After you are discharged from the hospital, the chauffeur will take you back to the recovery villa where you will relax and recover before you fly home. Your three main meals will be cooked for you and your room will be cleaned upon request. You only have to ask our friendly team and they will be happy to oblige! The aftercare team keep us informed on your recovery process but you can contact us if you have any queries that can't be answered by the onsite staff at the villa.
A few days after your procedure, the chauffeur will take you back to the hospital where you will have a post op check up before you fly home.
Upon departure, the chauffeur will take you back to the airport for you flight home. You will receive a 'fit to fly' letter for your flight.
