What is it?
Otoplasty (also known as ear reshaping) is a cosmetic procedure that alters the shape, size, or position of the ears to create a more balanced and natural appearance.
The surgeon makes a small incision behind the ear to access the cartilage, which is then carefully reshaped, repositioned, or reduced as needed. Once the desired contour is achieved, the incision is closed and a light, form-fitting dressing is applied to support healing.
