What is it?
A Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is a specialised fat transfer procedure that enhances the size and shape of the buttocks without the use of implants.
Excess fat is first removed from areas such as the abdomen, back, flanks, or thighs using Vaser liposuction. The purified fat is then carefully injected into the subcutaneous tissue (just beneath the skin, not into the glute muscle) to create a fuller, lifted appearance.
Once the liposuction and fat transfer are complete, the small incisions are closed with stitches, and a compression garment is applied to reduce swelling, support healing, and help the body settle into its new contours.
